What To Do This Weekend

There's so much autumn fun to be had this weekend! Get your family outside enjoying fall weather, gazing at beautiful art pieces, listening to spooky music, reenacting local history, and more.

Check out these events:

  • Visit the heart of historic Old Louisville and take in the St. James Court Art Show, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary.

  • Get in the Halloween spirit by attending the Louisville Orchestra's Halloween Spooktacular concert, featuring Halloween music, children's activities, and a costume parade.

  • New to the canoe? No worries! The fifth annual "Canoemobile" will be offered at Shawnee Park and Riverview Park and is designed for those who are new to canoeing who can experience the water in safe and stable voyageur canoes, which hold 10 to 15 people.

  • Sky Zone unveils its first GLOW event! For $20 per person, you get two hours of jump time and a GLOW shirt. There will be a live DJ, Glow Dodgeball and Volleyball, face painting, and more. (We recommend purchasing tickets in advance.)

  • Throw on your lederhosen and roll out the barrel at Germantown Schnitzelburg Oktoberfest, a neighborhood block party that includes stein relay races, barrel roll contests, and an all-you-can-eat frankfurter contest, not to mention German style foods for purchase like brats and pork chop sandwiches.

Have a great weekend!
