Have a Fun Weekend!


Here’s a “how-to” that Today’s Family knows… how-to have fun on the weekend! 

We’ve got a fabulous line-up of events for you this weekend, and they’re all FREE!  So, have a fun Mother’s Day weekend!

How-To Festival- The Louisville Free Public Library- Main Library, 10am-3pm, Saturday, May 12; from yo-yo tricks to yoga to salsa dancing and much, much more.

DirtFest- Pope Lick Park at The Parklands, 10am-2pm, Saturday, May 12; the Louisville Science Center and community partners delve into the beauty of dirt.

Fifth Third Bank Curious Kids Days- Fourth Street Live!, 11am-3pm, Saturday, May 12; wear your favorite tropical shirt and have fun with this month’s theme, “Curious About Summer,” with music, games, face painting, and more.

Family Fun Workshop- Carnegie Center for Art and History in New Albany, IN, 10am-12pm, Saturday, May 12; make a braided fabric rug for Mother’s Day; it’s FREE, but you need to call and register 812.944.7336

University of Louisville Men’s Baseball vs. St. John's- Jim Patterson Stadium, Saturday, May 12 at 11:30am, and Sunday, May 13 at 1:00pm; FREE!
