With the holidays behind us, there is always a brief lull around town when it comes to events.  However, we've searched high and low to bring you a few things that are happening over the the next few days.  Enjoy, and stay warm, friends!

• There's always lots to do at most branches of the Louisville Free Public Library.
• Sunday, January 5, 2014, marks the end an era...The Kentucky Science Center will temporarily close their IMAX® theatre and begin shifting from the use of 15/70mm film to a fully digital platform.  If you get the chance to head downtown this weekend, I highly recommend Flight of the Butterflies on the IMAX.  It's simply magnificent!
• Free Playdate at the Kentucky Science Center on Saturday.
• There's still time to bundle up and go ice skating at the Jeffersonville Ice Skating Rink.
• Sister Cities of Louisville will be at the Frazier Museum for Holidays Around the World.
