StageOne Family Theatre presents StoryTellers - This storybook program takes your favorite children’s books and brings them to life. You and your little one sit on the floor around the performers and not only become parts of the action, but are encouraged to help tell the story through music, audience interaction. March 21, 10am
The Louisville Free Public Library’s first-ever Random Fandom event at the Southwest Regional Library on Saturday, March 21, 9am 4:30pm From Star Wars to Harry Potter, Dr. Who to superheroes, there will be demonstrations and activities for fans of all kinds. This day-long convention for teens grade 6-12 will include presentations on a wide range of fan topics—Anime, video games, TV/movies, and (of course) books—as well as games and activities. There will be workshops on writing fan fiction and how to make chainmail jewelry, as well as a cosplay contest and lots of prizes.
Head to 4th Street Live through Saturday in connection with the NCAA basketball games at the KFC Yum! Center -- there are numerous events for families and the admission is free.
