- Republic Bank Kentucky Derby Festival Pegasus Parade Preview Party — Your kids will not be able to tear themselves away from the spectacular floats, inflatables and equestrians.
When: May 3 5-9pm Where: Kentucky Exposition Center, South Wing C Tickets: Admission is free with a 2016 Pegasus Pin; $8 KEC parking fee. Contact: 502.572.3823 - Republic Bank Pegasus Parade — This parade has it all: the marching bands, colorful floats, equestrian units and plenty of excitement. The parade marches west on Broadway and lasts for two hours.

Consider purchasing tickets to alleviate the anxiety of finding a viewing spot. Be strategic about offering too many drinks to the kids; bathrooms are scarce.
