What To Do This Weekend

This weekend boasts plenty of outdoor events to keep your family active, and several indoor activities to keep your kids creativity brimming:
  • Paddle along Floyds Fork, the only water trail of its kind in the Louisville area.
  • Bring out the family for a relaxing afternoon and cool treats on the banks of the Ohio River at this historic site.
  • Kindergarten Countdown participants can wear their countdown T-shirt to the Louisville Zoo Friday and get in free. (Their adult is free, too!)

  • Bring your blankets, chairs, family and even your pets to hear some music at Foxhollow Farm.

  • Kids can take part in free activities and a free craft project at Bass Pro Shop in Clarksville.
  • It may be summer, but you can get Goosebumps at Jeffersonville Riverstage Saturday night.

  • Watch motocross, BMX, and skateboard riders perform wild, choreographed stunts at Nitro Circus Live.

  • Create art like photography, rock art, and collages with the man behind the Frazier International History Museum’s new exhibit, Julius Friedman: Fifty Year Retrospective.
Have a great weekend!
