Behind the Scenes

Today, we have an inside look into the production of Lyle the Crocodile, from Corey Harrison, Production Manager at Stage One Family Theatre.

How many people and hours were involved in producing Lyle the Crocodile? When the show is finished and the final curtain is down...
...we will have had over 32+ people working an accumulative 5800+ hours; this includes pre-production meetings, construction, rehearsals, programming, marketing, performances, etc..

How has the community helped make this production possible? The Fund for The Arts has given additional funding towards our Play it Forward program to expand this show at no cost to grades 2,3,&4. Our community has also donated to our Power2Give projects; one to send a classroom of kids to the performance at no cost and another to offset the expense of building the costume for Lyle.

What can we expect to see at the show? Hilarity in all shapes and sizes! It is a very funny show, I expect all eyes to be glued to Lyle.
