Storytime with the Blue Apple Players- Saturday, July 14; 11am at the Louisville Free Public Library St. Matthews branch; FREE and open to the public

Braille for the Sighted: workshops for young people- Saturday, July 14, 10:30am- 12:30pm at the Museum of the American Printing House for the Blind; your children (ages 8-14) will learn the basics of the Braille alphabet and practice writing on a braille slate and a braillewriter; FREE, but you have to register by noon on July 13

Twilight Cinema- Saturday, July 14 at RiverStage in Jeffersonville, IN; enjoy the movie Dolphin Tale on the Jumbo Screen at dark; FREE

Summer Concert in the Park- Sunday, July 15 at Wetherby Park, 11803 Old Shelbyville Rd, 5:30pm-7:30pm; FREE concert, plus, FREE food provided by The Middletown Lions Club, courtesy of the City of Middletown; bring chairs or blankets for your seating
